The year the Democrats did not accept a Presidential election and killed 600,000 Americans

Forget all the nonsense you’ve heard about the American Civil War, it was not North vs South or States Rights, or the North’s economic domination of the South, or even slavery, although that was the linchpin of the bloodiest conflict in American history. No, it was simpler than that. The Democrats simply had no intention of accepting Abraham Lincoln, the first Republican to become President. They stated as much.

What happened after the election? The Democrats, who ruled the south politically, formed the Confederate States of America and abandoned the Union. You can make good arguments that any State or States had the right to secede from the Union. But the real reason was the Republican Party was committed to dealing with the slavery issue and the Democrats in the south were terrified they would come out the loser, so they bailed. The hive leaders and wealthy used arguments like State Rights to con the average southerner to join in the fight, the majority who did not even own slaves. But like worker ants they marched to their deaths by the hundreds of thousands.

Instead of dealing peacefully and with negotiation, they left the Union triggering a civil war that would cause devastation on a national scale and cause scars that would take over a hundred years to heal.

So the next time some member of the hive says the words ‘January 6’, you reply ‘April12, 1861’, and remind them of the slaughter the Democrats unleashed upon the country.
